ORDERING CORRECT SIZE: Always measure the duct opening size to determine which size to purchase. If your duct opening size is 2” diameter, the order size will be 2” listing (Duct opening = Listed size). Overall size of the grille will be 3-1/2”. These handcrafted grilles can be used for floor, wall or ceiling openings.

Sustainable & Quality Material: Handcrafted in Solid Sand Cast Aluminum with heavy gauge face plate thickness of approx. 1/4" (6.35 mm), these vent covers are built for durability. Aluminum metal has property of being rust and corrosion resistant in any weather condition.

HANDCRAFTED: These vent covers are 100% handcrafted and originate with artist’s vision. Using old world technique by first making a wooden mold and then sand casting it in molten metal, these vents are brought to life after passing many skilled hands.

EASE OF INSTALLATION:

For Floor: installation is gravity drop.

Overall back frame/lip of 1-7/16 height is provided to interlock with duct opening and prevent movement on fixing (back frame is kept 1/8” smaller than actual duct size).

For Wall/Ceiling: Counter sunk screw holes, provided with matching screws.

• Remove existing cover and Keep aside (do not measure)
• Measure the length “A” and width “B” in inches of duct opening in your floor, ceiling or wall.
• Match the duct opening size to the corresponding vent cover size listed on the product listing. The length and height of your duct opening should match the width and length of the specific register/ vent you wish to purchase.

• Standard Tracked - We use UPS / Fed Ex and Purolator for most of our deliveries. The packages are usually delivered within 1 to 7 days depending on the location
• We try our best to dispatch all orders within 1 - 2 working days but during busy period this may increase to 3 to 5 working days depending on volumes and staff issues. Please note this only applies to stock items, other items may take longer
• Orders placed on a Friday, over the weekend and Holidays will be processed the next working day. We do not dispatch the same day so please allow 1 - 2 days for your order to be dispatched. If you require your order urgently please call us on +647-877-2322 before placing your order
• Our courier partners do not deliver to PO box numbers. Alternatively we may use Canada Post / USPS for PO box addresses, but in that case delivery time might be longer. Always try and provide a full postal address
• Providing your phone number while placing your order is always helpful as the courier company may contact you in case of any issue

CUSTOMS CHARGES-
All parcels if applicable for a custom charge are to be paid by the customer. Import duties and handling fees are not our responsibility. If you refuse to accept delivery and we have to organise the order to be returned to us, you will have to pay the courier and any duty costs out of any refund we make to you. Registers and Hardware Hub Inc. cannot be held responsible for any charges that customs enforce on a parcel.
In case the address changes after dispatch of order, the extra cost taken by the courier will have to be borne by the customer
In case the parcel is returned to us due to a wrongly provided postal address, the return charges will be deducted from your account.

RETURNS
If your item is unwanted or the wrong size and has not been used or installed in any way, you may contact us to get a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER within 15 days of receiving the order. A restocking fee of 20% will apply and there will be no credit for shipping charges and return shipping charges. There is no exchange or return on custom orders and on special finishes.
Please include a copy of your original invoice and the RMA number along with a note stating the reason for your return.
All returns will be credited only once products are inspected and found to be in their original packaging. Products returned in acceptable condition will be credited at the net value on the invoice, minus restocking fees and shipping charges.
CUSTOM SIZE AND SPECIAL FINISH ORDER ARE NON-REFUNDABLE OR RETURNABLE. ORDER ISSUES
Any order issues including damaged, duct size or finish need to be reported within 3 weeks from arrival in order for us to replace. Please check all items on arrival to ensure everything is undamaged and to correct size.
PACKING YOUR RETURN
Please ensure goods are packaged properly as damaged items will not be refunded in full. As most of our items are powder coated they are susceptible to being chipped if not handled properly or packaged thoroughly.
SENDING YOUR RETURN
We do not pay for returns unless the item is damaged or incorrect. In case damaged or incorrect size is received, it will be replaced and not refunded.
For any query regarding incorrect or damaged item please contact us via info@registersandhardware.com. If you can attach some photos showing the incorrect duct opening size or damage part this would be appreciated. We will then send you a return label.
If you wish to return your item for another reason, e.g. 'the item is not suitable or ordered a wrong duct size' then please arrange return shipping yourself.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
If returning from outside Canada, please contact us first. It is advisable to return them via USPS and mark “RETURN” on the box label to avoid high brokerage fee. Any Duties or Tax charges incurred will be charged against the refund amount.
