I gladly accept returns and exchanges

We do NOT exchange items that have been painted by customer

We do not pay for return shipping for an exchange nor for the shipping charges for the requested exchanged item.

Customer must pay shipping to receive exchange item.
The shipping charges if paid by the customer are not refunded if item has been shipped.

Custom and special finish orders are non-returnable and non refundable. All other items are returnable up to 15 days from the invoice date with a restocking fee of 20% with no credit for shipping charges.

The item returned for exchange must be in the same condition as it was when it was shipped.


Exchanges 
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Quality assurance
We stand behind the products we sell. If for any reason you choose the wrong item, we will help you return it and assist you with a new order. If a product needs to be repaired or replaced under warranty, just let us know.

Can I return a product?

Yes, Registers and Hardware strives to satisfy each and every customer with our quick and easy returns. All returns need to sent back in the original package & condition and are subject to a 20% re-stocking charge.

Kindly allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear on your bank/ credit card statement.

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs along with a 20% restocking fee. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Do I have to pay for the return shipping back?

Yes, you are responsible for the shipping charge back to us as on most orders we offer free shipping.

We understand how busy you are, so we give our customers 14 days after delivery to return products.

Is there anything I can’t return?

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we do not accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Mishandled or modified items
  • Special requested items
  • Items that have been installed or show signs of installation

The customer is responsible for the return shipping expenses back to us and also the product should be in unused condition with all the original packaging.

How will I receive my refund?

Any refunds issued will be processed using the original method of payment.

What if I need to ship my return?

Contact us via email.

If you need to ship back a return, please inform us and we will respond back within 48 hours, Monday - Friday.

Shipping charges on returns are the customers’ responsibility.
