Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped within 2-10 business days after receiving payment. Please note that once the shipping process begins we are unable to make any changes to your order. You will be notified via email if there is a delay and in that case, you will have the option to cancel your order.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order leaves our warehouse, a tracking number will be emailed to you. The tracking code takes one business day to activate.

Shipping Times:

Orders shipped to USA arrive within 3 to 7 business days - depending on the location.

Orders shipped within Canada arrive within 1 to 5 business days - depending on the location.

Orders shipped to other countries arrive within 5 to 10 business days

Any duty, tax, brokerage if applicable will be extra and it will be the responsibility of the customer/consignee and will have to be paid directly to the courier/carrier company.

Carrier

Registers and Hardware uses Ground, Expedited Parcel, and Express Post services of Canada Post, Fed Ex, and UPS for most shipping across Canada and the United States and to other countries outside North America.

Local Pick up:

Once your order is ready, you will receive an email stating that you may visit our retail location mentioning the business days and hours. Please carry a piece of id and and the order confirmation email to the store.
