We do NOT exchange items that have been painted by customer

 

We do not pay for return shipping for an exchange nor for the shipping charges for the requested exchanged item.
Customer must pay shipping to receive exchange item.
The shipping charges if paid by the customer are not refunded if item has been shipped.

Custom and special finish orders are non-returnable or refundable. All other items are returnable up to 30 days from the invoice date with a restocking fee of  15% with no credit for shipping charges.

The item returned for exchange must be in the same condition as it was when it was shipped


Exchanges 
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact us at info@registersandhardware.com  If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items

 

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Quality assurance
We stand behind the products we sell. If for any reason you choose the wrong item, we will help you return it and assist you with a new order. If a product needs to be repaired or replaced under warranty, just let us know.

Can I return a product?

Yes, Registers and Hardware strives to satisfy each and every customer with our quick and easy returns. All returns need to sent back in the original package & condition and are subject to a 15% re-stocking charge. 

There is no cost  for returning  in case  case of this happens when the product is incorrect, damaged by the carrier or defective in another way

 You will be responsible for paying actual shipping cost for your own shipping costs for returning your item in case of  purchased the wrong product, it doesn’t fit or they no longer want the item  .

Refund policy :

If we confirm through email that you are qualified for a full refund after carefully reviewing your order, your refund will be executed by our internal team within 07 business days of refund confirmation.

Our Customer Care Department will confirm the details of the order on your email within the next 24 hours (from the time we receive the email or SMS asking us to cancel the customer's order). We will then issue a full refund for this order within the following 48 hours, adhering to the return policy of the payment gateways that Registers and Hardware is integrating.
Please keep in mind that processing and posting the refund by your bank or credit card provider can take some time.
