Our handcrafted Achtek design floor/ wall/ceiling register fits standard duct opening of 10"x14" having overall face plate size of 12"x16". These return air vent covers have a face plate thickness of approx. 1/4" (6.35 mm) along with unrivalled durability, without the high cost and weight of Cast Iron Grille. Ventilation grate is handcrafted using the traditional method of sand casting in a single piece for durability and strength. We recommend these vent covers for outdoor use also as aluminum being rustproof can withstand moist atmosphere. These register covers are manufactured using recyclable and sustainable aluminum metal which is one of the most cost effective and eco-friendly materials to be recycled and reused infinitely. Lifetime product warranty against manufacturing and mechanical defects if a defect is found, we will provide a replacement product. Damage due to improper installation, neglect, misuse or normal wear and tear, or damage from daily use to the finish is not covered.

• Standard Tracked - We use UPS / Fed Ex and Purolator for most of our deliveries. The packages are usually delivered within 1 to 7 days depending on the location
• We try our best to dispatch all orders within 1 - 2 working days but during busy period this may increase to 3 to 5 working days depending on volumes and staff issues. Please note this only applies to stock items, other items may take longer
• Orders placed on a Friday, over the weekend and Holidays will be processed the next working day. We do not dispatch the same day so please allow 1 - 2 days for your order to be dispatched. If you require your order urgently please call us on +647-877-2322 before placing your order
• Our courier partners do not deliver to PO box numbers. Alternatively we may use Canada Post / USPS for PO box addresses, but in that case delivery time might be longer. Always try and provide a full postal address
• Providing your phone number while placing your order is always helpful as the courier company may contact you in case of any issue

All parcels if applicable for a custom charge are to be paid by the customer.
Import duties and handling fees are not our responsibility. If you refuse to accept delivery and we have to organise the order to be returned to us, you will have to pay the courier and any duty costs out of any refund we make to you. Registers and Hardware Hub Inc. cannot be held responsible for any charges that customs enforce on a parcel.

If your item is unwanted or the wrong size and has not been used or installed in any way,
you may contact us to get a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER within 15 days of receiving
the order. A restocking fee of 20% will apply and there will be no credit for shipping charges
and return shipping charges. There is no exchange or return on custom orders and on

All returns will be credited only once products are inspected and found to be in their original
packaging. Products returned in acceptable condition will be credited at the net value on
the invoice, minus restocking fees and shipping charges.
CUSTOM SIZE AND SPECIAL FINISH ORDER ARE NON-REFUNDABLE OR RETURNABLE.
Any order issues including damaged, duct size or finish need to be reported within 3 weeks
from arrival in order for us to replace. Please check all items on arrival to ensure everything
is undamaged and to correct size.
PACKING YOUR RETURN
Please ensure goods are packaged properly as damaged items will not be refunded in full. As
most of our items are powder coated they are susceptible to being chipped if not handled
properly or packaged thoroughly.
SENDING YOUR RETURN
We do not pay for returns unless the item is damaged or incorrect. In case damaged or
incorrect size is received, it will be replaced and not refunded.
For any query regarding incorrect or damaged item please contact
us via firstname.lastname@example.org. If you can attach some photos showing the
incorrect duct opening size or damage part this would be appreciated. We will then send
you a return label.
If you wish to return your item for another reason, e.g. 'the item is not suitable or ordered a
wrong duct size' then please arrange return shipping yourself.
If returning from outside Canada, please contact us first. It is advisable to return them via
USPS and mark “RETURN” on the box label to avoid high brokerage fee. Any Duties or Tax
charges incurred will be charged against the refund amount.
